Life Pacific Men's Soccer Set to Begin New Era Under Coach Dalon Parker

SAN DIMAS, Calif. – The Life Pacific University men's soccer team enters the 2026 season with a fresh start under first-year Head Coach Dalon Parker, who is focused on building a program centered on toughness, discipline, and a team-first mentality. 

"Our expectation is to compete at a high level every day and establish ourselves as a program that consistently plays with toughness, discipline, and purpose," Parker said. "We want to improve throughout the season, challenge for championships, and represent the university with pride." 

The Warriors bring back a strong group of returners, led by nine seniors: Andrew Perez, Jose Alvarez, Matthew Raya, David Haley, Dominic Tejeda, Brandon Zacarias, Nikolas Ayala, David Marin, and Anthony Martinez. Juniors Ozzy Morales, Damian Fuentes, Canbek Genc, and Jonathan Comparan also return, while sophomore Thomas Paz looks to build on the experience he gained last season. 

Rather than highlighting individual players, Parker believes the team's depth will be one of its biggest strengths. 

"We have multiple players who are capable of making an impact, which creates healthy competition and pushes everyone to improve every day," Parker said. "The players who embrace hard work, consistency, and a team-first mindset will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact." 

Creating the right culture has also been a priority throughout the preseason. 

"We're building a culture centered on being team-first, hardworking, and focused every day," Parker said. "We want a group that values accountability, embraces the grind, and takes pride in the daily work required to build something special." 

With experienced returners, promising newcomers, and a new coaching staff leading the way, the Warriors look to establish their identity and make their mark during the 2026 season.
