LPU Men's Basketball Signs Aaron Hernandez

LPU Men's Basketball Signs Aaron Hernandez

SAN DIMAS, Calif. – The Warriors have added a new Men's Basketball player to their roster with the addition of 6-4 Freshman Guard, Aaron Hernandez, from Los Altos High School. Hernandez played a vital part in the CIF run for Los Altos this past season, with them making it to the CIF Semi-Finals and the CIF State Semis as well. Aaron brings a unique skill set to the team with his ability to score on all three levels, while being able to create for others, thanks to his 6-4 frame as a guard. Hernandez will be joining the LPU Men's Basketball team in the upcoming Fall 2022 semester. Read more about our newest signee below:

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE A LIFE PACIFIC WARRIOR?

It feels outstanding to be an LPU Warrior and I cannot wait to get started this upcoming Fall.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MOST THIS UPCOMING YEAR?

I am looking forward to getting better at basketball, building strong relationships that will last, and becoming closer with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

My parents inspire me to be successful, along with wanting what I do not have. That motivates me to be even more successful.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE REMEMBERED FOR AFTER YOU LEAVE LPU?

I want people to remember me as a guy that loves everybody and is never satisfied with what he has. Someone that people can rely on and have a good time with.

WHAT NEW PERSPECTIVE HAVE YOU GAINED OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS?

I gained many important perspectives over the last couple of years. One perspective I learned is that the deepest and darkest events you go through can make you a very strong person. Also, to take advantage of everything you have because not many people are fortunate enough to have what you have.

WHAT ROLE DOES GOD PLAY IN YOUR ATHLETICS CAREER?

God plays a huge role in my athletic career by helping me get through adversity and protecting me physically and mentally.
