Women's Basketball Season Recap
SAN DIMAS, Calif. – Life Pacific's first year as a Women's Basketball program proved to be a journey that would not be easy to endure for the coaching staff as well as the players. LP faced many hurdles throughout the season, but no matter what was thrown at them, the Warriors continued to fight for the entire season.
The first win in program history came in a matchup against Westcliff University in the second counting game of the season. Life Pacific defeated Westcliff 68-43 on October 27th in Fullerton, CA.
Although the Warrior season did not go as planned in regards to wins and losses, Life Pacific had multiple players finish in the top 10 of the GSAC's individual statistics. Going into the offseason, LP will continue to build around the core that has already been established as they prepare for next season's GSAC conquest.

Warrior Words
"This season was very difficult, due to the fact that we were a first-year program in the GSAC. As a team, we had our ups and our downs, but as a player, I feel that I have grown and learned so much from this experience. I'm so proud of my team for never giving up and for competing with these high-level teams. There can only be growth from here moving forward."
- Alyssa Salgado (FR/Whittier, CA)
"This season was an overall growing experience for me. With the foundation of the program being laid out, my teammates and I are determined to dominate next season and the ones to come."
- Lupe Pinedo (SO/Pomona, CA)

Coach Bryana Williams' Closing Remarks
"Season one is now complete and I'm excited for many more to come. It was not an ideal situation for us this season, but it produced a lot of learning and growth for our team. We continued to build in the midst of it all on and off the court. I have to give all honor and glory to the Lord for getting us all through. Only by his strength and grace did we complete this season. I am so grateful for my team sticking it out and not giving up, for my staff pushing through, and for the LP Athletic department and LP staff for all of their support and encouragement. We couldn't do any of this without everyone. The great thing about it is we can only go up from here, so we're ready to continue to build brick by brick and create something special here with the Life Pacific Women's Basketball program!"
